Victoria is essayed in multi-resham, old-school embroidery on ivory jacquard — a quilted floral masterpiece in the atelier's words — with ropes of pink, plum and green blooms running down the front panels against a self-patterned chevron weave. Deep green trims edge the borders and hold the composition together.
The straight jacquard pants repeat the chevron and take their own embroidered borders at the hem, adding a subtle traditional charm to the line. It is a set made for winter evenings, when you want warmth of texture as much as warmth of cloth.
