Ordering & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free to the United Kingdom and Europe on every order, and free worldwide on orders over £350; other destinations are charged by parcel weight. Nothing is sold ready-stitched — where the cloth is already in stock, your piece is cut and stitched to your size and dispatched in 3 to 7 working days, and formal or heavily hand-worked pieces take 4 to 8 weeks. Do you offer express or faster delivery?
Yes. A faster paid delivery option is available at checkout. The exact cost is calculated and shown to you before you pay, so you always know what you are being charged. Simply add your piece to the bag and select the faster option at checkout.
Do you deliver to Pakistan?
Yes. Our Pakistan store is rjspret.pk, priced in PKR, with free delivery across Pakistan.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Most orders are dispatched from our production house in Islamabad, and a small number of United Kingdom orders ship from within the UK. Delivery is free to the United Kingdom and Europe, and free everywhere else on orders over £350; other orders are charged by parcel weight, shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can also send us your order number and we will check the status for you.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
On rjspret.com we accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna (buy now, pay later) and bank transfer. In Pakistan, on rjspret.pk, we accept EasyPaisa and JazzCash. All payments are secure.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Cash on Delivery is not available. Customers in Pakistan can pay quickly and securely using EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Our two stores are priced independently. rjspret.com is priced in GBP (£) and rjspret.pk is priced in PKR. Please order from the store that suits you — prices are not converted between the two.
Sizing & Custom Tailoring
What sizes do you offer?
Our ready-stock pieces are available in XS, S, M, L and XL. Full measurements are on our Size Guide. We do not carry 2XL or 3XL as stock sizes — for a larger or more particular fit, most designs are available with Custom Tailoring.
Do you offer custom stitching or made-to-measure?
Yes. Custom Tailoring is available on most designs. Share your measurements — bust, waist, hips, shirt length, trouser length and sleeve length — and your piece will be stitched to fit you. Custom orders take approximately 3–4 weeks in production.
How do I know which size to choose?
Start with our Size Guide, which lists shoulder, bust, waist and hip for every size, plus trouser length and waist. If you are between sizes or unsure, message our team with your measurements before ordering and we will guide you to the right size, or recommend Custom Tailoring for an exact fit.
Is this piece ready-made or made to order?
Everything is made to order — nothing is sold ready-stitched. Where the cloth is already in stock, your piece is cut and stitched to your size and dispatched in 3 to 7 working days; formal and heavily hand-worked pieces take 4 to 8 weeks. Ask us about any specific piece and we will confirm which it is.
Products & Fabric
What fabrics do you use?
We work in premium fabrics including organza, raw silk, chiffon, net, tissue, jacquard, banarsi, cotton silk, khaddar and lawn. Every product page lists the fabric for that piece, including the dupatta.
Do you make bridal outfits?
Yes — full bridal sets including dupatta are available in our Bridals collection. Tell us your occasion, colours and timeline and we will help you choose.
I saw a design on your Pakistan site but cannot find it on the UK site
Some designs launch first on rjspret.pk and are not yet listed on the UK store. Message us with the name of the design and our team will confirm availability for your country.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange or return on full-price, ready-stock items that are unworn with tags attached, and on any item that arrives damaged or faulty. Sale pieces and custom-stitched orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Message us with your order number and our team will confirm what is possible for your order and guide you through the next steps.
About RJ's Pret
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We are an online boutique, so we do not have a walk-in retail showroom. Our design studio, production unit and warehouse are located in PWD, O-9, Islamabad, and we operate a warehouse in Derby, United Kingdom. All orders are placed through rjspret.com or rjspret.pk.

Do you offer discounts for family or bulk orders?
We do consider discounts for family sets (three or more outfits) and wedding party orders. Message our team with your requirements for a tailored quote.
