The navy bodice is built entirely by hand — metallic naqshi, dabka, sequins, cut-dana and beadwork arranged into floral and bird-inspired motifs that read almost like silver plumage under light. Along the cuffs, delicate handmade crystal hangings shift with every gesture, lending the sleeves their quiet movement.
Below, the kalidaar opens into a voluminous flare of alternating deep blue and emerald-green panels, each carrying silver and matte-gold floral embroidery through the sweep of the skirt. For all its weight of work, the ensemble is designed to be effortless to carry.
