What to wear to a walima

The walima is the wedding’s composed final act — hosted by the groom’s family, usually the most elegant evening of the week. Where the mehndi is loud and the barat is grand, the walima rewards restraint: liquid fabrics, softer palettes, and embroidery that reads as texture rather than sparkle.

Our walima pieces sit in champagne, ivory-gold, powder blue, sage, dusty rose and deeper wine, cut in tissue silk, organza and fine net. Brides at their own walima traditionally choose pastels or ivory-gold; guests are free across the range, keeping just clear of the bride’s chosen shade.
