Shipping & Delivery Policy:
There are many different delivery options available to our customers, and you may track your delivery once you buy an item from our website.
Below options are available:
- Courier Service – Urgent
- Courier Service – Routine
- Courier Service – In Person Delivery
- Regular Post
Delivery to anywhere of your choice (Pakistan & World-Wide):
- Delivery anywhere is world is possible, all you need is to choose from the available shipping options and our professional team can take care of the rest.
- Total Delivery Time = Production time + Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays)
- Any changes to the delivery schedules will be intimated on the email or contact provided at the time of order.
- Free shipping worldwide is offered above the order of PKR 100,000.
- Free Shipping is not applicable to Wedding wear orders.
Shipping & Custom Duties:
- Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order on international orders. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country’s officials will be borne by the customer.
- Locals shipping charges vary city to city or as per the shipping option selected at the time of check out.
- Free Shipping is not applicable to Wedding wear orders.
Couriers:
- Pakistan: TCS / Leopard’s courier / Blue Ex
- International: FedEx / DHL / TNT
Expected delivery time:
- Within Pakistan: 7-14 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
- International: 10-21 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
- Urgent Shipping (Local) – 3-4 days (Once the order has been confirmed)
- Urgent Shipping (International) – Up to 10 days (Once the order has been confirmed)
- Made to Order: 3-4 weeks production time or as per commitment at ordering + shipping time.
- The order delivery/dispatch may get delayed due to influx of orders during sales and new collection launches.
Address Modifications:
Address modifications are not allowed once the order has been placed (including cod and online paid orders).
Note:
- Please allow up to 2 working days to prepare all orders placed from Mondays to Fridays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or any gazetted holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day.
- During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders can face temporary delays. Orders placed through online
- Payment system have go through a fraud status check and once cleared by our payment processor will be processed further.
- Payments will be collected from the shipping address for all cash on delivery methods. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information, be sure to check junk / spam folder as well.
- Rj’s Pret management reserves the right to update and amend the delivery period or cancel the item based upon any reason/error/omission. In such a scenario, the amount will be credited back via the original payment method and the intimation will be sent at the registered contact details.
- Due to Covid-19 situation and changing government SOP’s might result in delay of orders.
